Bio

Representative Justin Hicks, a Republican, represents part of St. Charles County (District 108) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022. In addition to his service in the legislature, Hicks is an attorney. He was employed in the Missouri Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General. Hicks is also a combat veteran who served in the United States Army from 2011-2017. A graduate of Ritenour High School, Hicks obtained a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Empire State College and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. Born in St. Louis County, Hicks now lives in Lake St. Louis with his wife and daughter.
