| Before joining the House of Representatives, Justin Sparks served St. Louis County for 15 years as a Police Officer, Swat Officer, Special Response Unit Sergeant and Deputy U.S. Marshall. Justin and his wife, Mandy have been married for 18 years and have lived in the 110th district for 14 years. They have 6 children and attend Grace Church in St. Louis.
