Bio

I am your Senator, running for Nebraska State Legislative District 25. I am a former prosecutor and mother of four. I have resided in Lincoln for the past 14 years. Raised in Columbus, Nebraska, I am a graduate of Columbus Public Schools. After graduating from Creighton University School of Law, I moved to Lincoln and married Reginald Bosn, a business owner of a local HVAC company. I worked in the Lancaster County Attorney's office for eight years. During my time at the County Attorney's office, I worked first-hand with law enforcement, victims, families, caseworkers with the Department of Health and Human Services, treatment providers, victim-witness support groups, and those involved in a variety of problem-solving courts. I have personally seen the devastating effects drug addiction, alcohol abuse, and untreated mental health needs have on society. Through those experiences, I have come to understand the important role law enforcement and community involvement have in keeping our children and families safe. Treatment and support groups have a tremendous positive impact for most individuals and the local community. As a mother of four young children, I want not only to keep families safe but also to keep Nebraska a great place for future generations! That means we've got to keep advocating to significantly reduce property taxes, increase economic growth and development, and support all educational opportunities for children. I am running for District 25 because I want to build and maintain safe neighborhoods, support families, and keep living in Nebraska affordable!
