| Ron Tusler is a citizen legislator, local attorney and small business owner of Tusler Law, LLC. As the Third Assembly District's representative, Ron serves on the following committees- Education, Environment & Forestry, Natural Resources and Sporting Heritage, Insurance and Judiciary. He brings common sense, hardworking, Wisconsin ideals to his service in the Capitol.
Ron is formerly the Chairman of the Outagamie County Republican Party. As Chairman, Ron has helped the Outagamie County Republican Party triple its membership and receive both 2016 Ripon Awards from the state Republican party for county party success.
He is a former chairman, president and treasurer of the Appleton Area Jaycees. In 2012, Ron was the Jaycee of the Year. In 2012 and 2013 he was Chairman of the Appleton Fireworks Committee.
Ron and his family have a long and rich history in the Fox Cities. Ron's great-grandfather, Scottie Tusler founded Tusler Pontiac roughly 100 years ago. Ron's great, great-grandfather, Julius Bubolz founded Secura Insurance. His great-grandfather Gordon Bubolz was the former president of Secura Insurance and a Wisconsin State Senator. Sen. Bubolz lead the effort to set aside many of Northeast Wisconsin's state parks, including High Cliff State Park and the Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve.
Ron is a lifelong citizen of the Fox Valley. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and proud member of the NRA. He met his wife, Devon, while attending UW-Milwaukee. Ron has an Urban Education, History and Honors major and a minor in Political Science. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2010. In his last year at UW-Milwaukee, he student-taught at BayView High School, Bell Accelerated Middle School, and Westside I Head Start.
Ron has excelled for his clients. He is ranked within the "Top One Percent" of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He is also a "Top Ten" attorney as awarded by the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys and one of the "10 Best in Client Satisfaction" by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
