| Clark chose to make his home in Wyoming in 1997, where he started his own law practice. He raised his family in Rock Springs as an active community member. He's held numerous volunteer positions and continued his service as a member of the City Council from 2013-2017.
In 2017, Clark was appointed to fill the vacant position for House District 48. He was elected into the position in 2018. |
