Rosanna Gabaldon served as an Arizona State Representative from 2013 to 2021 and was elected to the State Senate in 2020. Her public service began in 2009 with three years on the Sahuarita Town Council.
Known for collaborating with local stakeholders, school boards, and businesses, Rosanna has focused on growth and public education. She is passionate about protecting Arizona's environment and advocating for its most vulnerable. Throughout her tenure, she has served on various committees, giving her the tools to champion Southern Arizona's needs, particularly in areas like water sustainability, public education, and economic development.
Rosanna believes in hands-on leadership, community involvement, and following through on commitments. Serving as a legislator has humbled her, as she has learned more by listening to her constituents than by speaking. She has successfully brought ideas from Southern Arizona to the State Capitol because we need a little common sense and straight from the heart.
Rosanna and her husband, Arturo, live in Sahuarita, where they are proud parents of their son, Andres. |
