Growing up in this environment taught Julia the importance of community and collaboration and that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. Witnessing her parents' hard work and commitment to their respective callings shaped her drive to serve others and fight for equal opportunities. Julia earned degrees in news broadcast and political science from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her time at university sparked her passion for communications and building relationships. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and public outreach, Julia has a unique perspective on various issues from her roles in government, healthcare, technology, startups, and nonprofits.
