Representative Kevin Windham Jr. represents 22 municipalities in St. Louis County and portions of unincorporated St. Louis County (District 74) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first term in November 2018 at 25 years old.
Prior to his legislative duties, Rep. Windham served the state of Missouri as a staffer in the Missouri Senate and the United States Senate. He is also a FOCUS St. Louis Impact Fellow and CWC Neighborhood Leadership Fellow alum.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Windham has served as a state committeeman with the Missouri Democratic Party and the interim executive director with the St. Louis County Democratic Central Committee.
Rep. Windham is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and has served in many organizations including the National Black Caucus of State Legislators, U.S. Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus, Congressional Black Associates, and Normandy Kiwanis Club.
