Representative Justin Sparks, a Republican, represents part of St. Louis County (District 110) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022.
Prior to his service in the legislature, Sparks was with the St. Louis County Police Department for nearly 15 years. He served as a supervisor within the Special Response Unit and also worked as an operator within the Tactical Operations Unit (SWAT). Additionally, Sparks was also a Deputized United States Marshal in the Eastern District of Missouri and supervised and participated in High Risk Fugitive Apprehension Operations.
A graduate of Granite City High School, Sparks also attended Oral Roberts University and Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.
Born in St. Louis, Sparks now resides in Wildwood with his wife. They have six children. Sparks and his family attend Grace Church. |
