Day 4 – There was not a lot of action today at the Gold Dome. The House and Senate finished their sessions before noon. The Governor is scheduled to release his 2016 budget on Friday. Budget hearings are scheduled for next week.  On Tuesday January 20, 2015, School Superintendent Woods’ presentation will be from 11:15 a.m. – 12 noon. Governor Deal’s budget presentation is scheduled for Thursday January 22, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
