Rep. Mike Lynch led the legislative fight to make the possession of any amount of the deadly poison Fentanyl a felony in the state of Colorado. When it became clear that the Democrat majority were not going to zero, allowing dangerous amounts of fentanyl to still be legally possessed, Rep. Lynch requested his name be removed from the bill.
Representative Lynch attained his MS of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and his BS in Systems Engineering and Law from the US Military Academy at West Point. He holds US Army certifications as Airborne Qualified, Bradley Commander, and Master Fitness Trainer.
