Cory Criswell was elected to the Indiana General Assembly in November 2022. A lifelong resident of Henry County, Criswell works as the Development Director for the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame and owns and operates Criswell Lawn Care. He was previously a member of the Fall Creek Township Advisory Board in Henry County, and was a former educator and Assistant Athletic Director at New Castle High School, and Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach.

Criswell resides in Middletown, Indiana with his wife, Sabrina, and their two children, Caleb and Carlee. He is also a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Lewisville Lodge #72 and the Sons of the American Legion, Middletown Post 216. He and his family are members of Blue River Church of the Nazarene.
