Bio

Younger taught sixth grade at Kellogg Elementary in Wichita. He was a teacher at John Marshall Middle School before becoming the assistant principal. After two years in that position, he was named assistant principal at Curtis Middle School. He then spent 15 years with the Halstead School District as the principal of both Halstead Middle School and Halstead High School.

He retired as a Superintendent of USD 214 in Ulysses.

He attended Friends University; Fort Hays State University, BA; and Wichita State University, M.Ed.

Dave and his wife, Kelly, have three children and two grandchildren.
