Bio

Jimmy was born in Cambridge, MN in 1987. He was raised in Spicer, MN. Jimmy first moved to Isanti in 2006 and has lived a total of nearly 14 years in the area. He has been married to his lovely wife Megan for 12 years and has four kids. They attend church at North Isanti Baptist. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing and playing his guitar. Jimmy and Megan currently own the Jimmy's Pizzas in Isanti and New Town, ND. His parents opened the first Jimmy's Pizza in 1986 just up the road in Pine City. With the help of his Grandparents and Aunts & Uncles Jimmy's Pizza began franchising locations in 1994 and now has locations across the upper Midwest with more opening soon. When he is not busy with his own stores Jimmy spends time assisting franchisees and coordinating corporate expansion efforts. Working with family has been one of the greatest joys of his life.

Jimmy credits four years of living in the rugged hills of Western North Dakota during the oil boom with refining his character and strengthening his perseverance. During these years he and Megan operated several Jimmy's Pizza concession trailers serving hungry oil field workers. It was a blast.

Jimmy has been a firefighter with Isanti Fire District since 2018. He has enjoyed learning new skills, the comradery of the other firefighters and getting to serve the community in a hands on way. They even let him drive the trucks. A dream come true! Jimmy has served on the Isanti City Council since 2019 and was elected mayor in 2022. During this time he has fought to protect and expand property rights, lower taxes, and cut wasteful spending. Other council members have referred to him as the Financial Watch Dog of the council; a title he is proud to have earned. He will fight for Limited Government, Pro Life and Pro Family causes and an improved approach to Education, the Economy, Health Care and Crime.
