BioRepresentative Kyle Marquart, a Republican, represents part of Franklin County (District 109) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022.
In addition to his legislative duties, Marquart is the owner of Vanzandt's All Purpose Seasoning. Prior to his election to the House, Marquart served for 33 years as a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, where he held the position of director for the Division of Drug and Crime Control and for the Patrol Records Division, as well as serving as assistant commander of the Criminal Investigations Bureau.
A 1981 graduate of St. Francis Borgia High School, Marquart received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College in 1985.
Marquart attends St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Born in Washington, Missouri, he currently resides there with his wife, Erin. Together, they have five adult children.
