Rep Edwards was first elected to the RI House in 2008 and has been serving as the House Majority Floor Manager since 2021. Rep Edwards is currently a member of the House Finance, Municipal Government, Labor, Oversight Committees & the Permanent Joint Committee on the Lottery. Jay lives in Tiverton with his wife Donna. They have 3 children John, Kelsey & Mae , daughter-in -law Brittany and granddaughters Amelia & Sloan & son-in-law David Coletta.
