BioIn 2006, I married my best friend. Elizabeth and I have been best friends since we were 14 years old, and I tell young people all the time to become friends with those you are interested in and get to know them. Over time, our friendship developed into a romantic relationship, and we are absolutely crazy about one another. We love and like each other - and there is a difference. I couldn't imagine doing life with anyone else.

Professional Life
I grew up in Clarksville, attending East Montgomery Elementary, Richview Middle School, and Clarksville High School, and graduated from Rossview High School in 2003. I went on to graduate Cum Laude from Bible College in 2007, studying Pastoral Ministries and Leadership.
I have been a pastor since graduating in 2007 and, most recently, have been on the staff of Mosaic Church in Clarksville since 2015. I have had many roles at Mosaic Church, including overseeing all Sunday serve teams and first-time guests and now I have the pleasure of serving as the Next-Gen Pastor, overseeing 25 staff members who work with newborns through High School graduates at the church.

A Passion to Serve
I absolutely love our community and thoroughly enjoy representing District 7 on the School Board. My life has been about serving people, and I look forward to representing District 68 in the State Legislature.
I am a lifelong resident of Clarksville-Montgomery County; after observing the effects of COVID-19 on students and the eye-opening decisions the board made during this time, I ran for the School Board and am currently the only elected Republican in Montgomery County on the board.
Since being elected, I have been outspoken for conservative values, leading to better and safer school environments. I have fiercely advocated for parental rights in their children's education and for opening up public participation in board meetings. I have been a pastor for nearly 20 years, and since 2015, I have been a staff pastor at Mosaic Church in Clarksville, TN, helping the church grow from 250 to 2,700 weekly attendees, with more than 4,000 people who call Mosaic Church home.
I have been in leadership on a church staff for 20 years, and my whole life has been about serving people. Since being elected to the school board, I have discovered that the same passion I have for serving in the church exists in representing our community.
