Bio

State Senator Dan Feyen Dan Feyen is the Assistant Majority Leader of the Wisconsin State Senate. Elected in 2016, Senator Feyen serves the constituents of the 18th State Senate District which includes portions of Fond du Lac, Winnebago, and Dodge Counties. Senator Feyen announced February 27th his campaign for the 20th Senate district which comprises of portions of Dodge, Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, and Washington Counties. The General election will be held Tuesday November 5th, 2024. As a member of Legislative leadership, Senator Feyen serves on the Committee on Senate Organization and the Joint Committee on Legislative Organization. He is also the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Economic Development and Technical Colleges, Vice-chair of the Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection, and member of the Committee on Government Operations.

Appointed in 2017, Senator Feyen continues to serve on the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation's Board of Directors and was appointed in 2024 to serve on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District. Senator Feyen also serves as Co-Chair of the Bi-Partisan Legislative Tech Caucus.

Senator Feyen was born and raised in New Holstein Wisconsin and attended Fox Valley Technical College where he earned a degree in printing. He currently lives in Fond du Lac with his wife, and has two children who are both graduates of UW-Madison.
