BioFentrice Driskell, a resident of Tampa, is an attorney who has served in the Florida House of Representatives since her election in 2018, having been reelected subsequently. She also held the position of House Democratic Policy Chair from 2020 to 2022.
Born on March 3 in Winter Haven, Florida, she pursued higher education at Harvard University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Government, cum laude, with a Citation in Spanish. During her time at Harvard (1997-2001), she was actively involved in the Undergraduate Council, KUUMBA Singers, and the Women's Leadership Project. She later attended Georgetown University Law Center (2001-2004), where she earned her Juris Doctor while participating in the Innocence Project, Student Bar Association, Moot Court, and the American Constitution Society.
A Protestant, Driskell enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family in her leisure time.
