Bio

John Snyder, a resident of Stuart, is a business owner specializing in staffing and payroll services. He is married to Brittany Snyder of Florida, and they have two children, Elizabeth and Reagan. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Born on April 13, 1987, in Florida, he comes from a family with a history of public service-his father, William D. Snyder, served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2006 to 2012 and has been the Martin County Sheriff since 2012.

Snyder served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2012 and was deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He is a Christian and enjoys following the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

He was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2020 and has been reelected subsequently. His affiliations include the Advisory Council for the Center for Constitutional Values, the Martin County Republican Executive Committee, the Leadership Advisory Council for Place of Hope, and the Leadership Team for Treasure Coast Classical Academy.
