Bio

Debra Tendrich, a resident of Lake Worth, serves as an Executive Director. She is the mother of Amira and was born on August 8 in California. She is Jewish and was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2024.

Her affiliations include involvement with the Florida Atlantic University School of Social Work, the Florida Legislative Energy and Climate Caucus, and the Florida Legislative Jewish Caucus. She is also a member of the League of Women Voters, the NAACP West Palm Beach, and several Palm Beach County Democratic caucuses, including the Black Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, and Veterans Caucus. Additionally, she is affiliated with the Palm Beach County Crime Prevention Officers Association.

Tendrich has received notable recognitions, including the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce's Non-Profit of the Year award, the Miss Florida Woman of Achievement title, and the Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Commerce/Florida American Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Shining Star Award for Healthcare Advocate of the Year. In 2023, she was honored with the President Joseph R. Biden Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award.
