A dedicated public servant, Rep. Fowler served for more than 32 years on the Blue Springs City Council, working to support the community through meaningful initiatives and accomplishments.

Ron earned dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Professionally, he dedicated over 40 years to the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, where he played a vital role in supporting the nation's warfighters and ensuring operational excellence.

Ron's greatest pride is his family. He is a devoted father of two and grandfather of five, cherishing his time with them and celebrating their achievements.
