“Our program shares space with our local elementary school
and I feel certain that the students and the school both benefited
from the accreditation process. Additionally, the hard work we
did with GSACA has improved staff retention because staff members
gained a sense of ownership in knowing that their input was important
to the accreditation process. Accreditation also gave our
program an opportunity to get feedback from the children which
was a real asset to our program improvement efforts.”
